Harewood, in the heart of Yorkshire is one of the Treasure Houses of England.Built in the 18th century it has exhibitions of contemporary art, stately rooms, the farm experience, over 100 acres of exquisite gardens, adventure playground, cafe, shop, along with a range of talks, exhibitions and events. It is a popular shooting location for TV and film. A whole host of period dramas, including 'Victoria' and 'Downtown Abbey' have been shot there. The set of one of the UK's most popular soaps, 'Emmerdale', is situated within the estate (access not included), whilst Harewood House also provided the starting point of the stage two if the 2014 Tour de France. PLEASE NOTE: Harewood House is a 6 mile drive from Chevin and transport is NOT included. Tickets for the attraction will be booked by the Chevin Reservations team.
